Physician Referrals
If you are a physician's office and you would like to send a patient to Dr. Owens just fax over a referral. Once we receive it our referral coordinator will call the patient to schedule their appointment. We will then fax you confirmation of the date and time your patient is scheduled. Progress notes are faxed out after each visit so you can remain updated on their treatment plan and progress.
If you have a patient that needs to be seen immediately just call our office, we can usually see them the same day.
We accept most insurance plans including BCBS, Aetna, Cigna, Medicare, Tricare, Medicaid and many more. We also accept self-pay patients. We are accepting new patients. Contact us directly with any questions at (843) 737-0437.
